A.J. Brown is set to play for the New England Patriots for the very first time on Wednesday against the Seattle Seahawks.
The nation will be watching as the 2026 season gets underway, but there'll also be a lot of Philadelphia Eagles fans keeping a close eye on Brown.
After four years in Philadelphia, Brown finally got his trade to the Patriots, where he has joined up with former coach Mike Vrabel.
It had been a long time coming for Brown, who had been leaning towards leaving Philly for some time.
Now he has departed and joined the Patriots, there are Eagles fans who feel as if he is trying to improve his reputation following his turbulent relationship with Jalen Hurts.

Philadelphia Eagles fans come down on A.J. Brown over comments on Drake Maye
Certainly towards the end of his time with the Eagles , it was apparent that his relationship with Hurts had soured.
However, it seems as if he is trying to make it clear that this is not the case with his new QB.
"He's such a great guy. He always takes the blame for every little thing. I'm like, 'Drake, it's OK. It's not that deep.' He's incredible! Fun to play with. I can't wait," Brown said about Maye.
One Eagles fan on X replied: 'Don't say we didn't try to warn you, I'm just saying…'
Whilst another added: 'AJ trying to clean up his image boy you can't fool us'.
All parties benefited from Brown's trade to the Patriots, with the Eagles receiving a healthy return in draft capital.
'Ain't no chemistry there lmao. Pr team said "yo y'all have to do this interview," said another Eagles fan.
'He's forcing it. Haven't played a single meaningful snap," replied another.
Brown will not be facing off against the Eagles this season following their joint practice sessions ahead of the preseason game in Foxborough.
One fan made an early prediction for the Patriots: 'Yeah they definitely missing the playoffs'.
'Wait until halfway through the season when he doesn't get his 10 targets every game,' added another Eagles fan.
