On the Telemundo broadcast, José Luis López Salido and Jorge Calvo went wild when Julián Quiñones took a shot from the top of the box in the 22nd minute that screamed past the keeper for a 1-0 advantage.
"Se empinaaaaaa," Lopez Salido said — loosely translating to readying for a shot — for at least five seconds, as striker Julián Quiñones screamed it past the Ecuadorian keeper for a goal.
The excitement was so strong that Calvo, the color commentator, burst out into laughter.
