Oliver was in camp with the Titans and spent a little time on the Browns' practice squad before he initially joined the Texans. He played in 13 games for Tennessee over the last two seasons as well.
Oliver had seven catches for 103 yards in those appearances and he returned three kickoffs during the 2024 season.
