The details of Alberts' contract come mere days after the university signed volleyball head coach Jamie Morrison to a five-year deal, after the Aggies won the program's first national title in 2025. With Texas A&M football head coach Mike Elko and Morrison both signed through the 2031 season, they are lined up with Alberts, who has done an incredible job in retaining some of the best collegiate coaching staffs in the country.
Alberts, along with the Maroon and White head coaches, has established a standard in Bryan-College Station that they are looking to maintain and continue to build upon moving forward.
