Dan Friedkin and Co have received several inquiries since putting Everton up for sale.
The Friedkin Group have decided to relinquish control of the Toffees if they can find the right person or consortium to take the club forward.
As such, there has already been plenty of interest in the Blues since the Americans made their intentions public a few weeks ago.
TFG hope to conclude the sale process at Hill Dickinson Stadium sooner rather than later.
The Friedkins bought the club from Farhad Moshiri in December 2024 and have stabilised them financially.
It feels like the American owners have taken the Merseyside outfit as far as they could and are now looking to cash in on an asset that has certainly become more attractive in recent months.
What The Friedkin Group are now doing to expedite Everton sale
Michael Dell seems to have taken an interest in Everton once again after being linked with a takeover in 2024.
While there has been no confirmation of who TFG have spoken with so far over the Toffees' sale, plenty of parties have come to the table.
According to the Daily Mail on 28 October, the Merseyside outfit's hierarchy are now in the process of sorting out the "serious players" from the pretenders.
The Blues aren't expecting the sale process to drag on like it did when Moshiri was in charge.
Eye-opening Everton analysis could disrupt takeover after fresh £1bn+ Sunday update Michael Dell's net worth revealed as he becomes fourth-richest person
Dell recently overtook Sergey Brin to become the world's fourth-richest person.
The CEO of Dell Technologies has overtaken the Google co-founder in the billionaire ranking.
According to Forbes , Dell's estimated net worth has risen by 2.4 per cent to around £182.67billion.
The American billionaire holds a 40 per cent stake in his company and ranks behind Alphabet co-founder Larry Page, Amazon co-founder Jeff Bezos, and Tesla chief Elon Musk in net worth.
If Dell does end up taking over the Merseyside outfit, it will be interesting to see what sort of effect his wealth could have on the club's prospects.
