Milwaukee Brewers first baseman Jake Bauers may have won the National League Championship Series MVP , but there are quite a few other players who stepped up in a big way in Game 4.
Bauers is absolutely deserving of winning his first MVP award, especially with his viral 12-pitch walk against Yoshinobu Yamamoto and then his 11-pitch homer off Blake Snell.

The California native may have only gone 1-for-3 in Game 4, but he had a double and a walk and drove in three of the team's six runs in their 6-4 victory.
The Los Angeles Dodgers jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the second inning, but this core four allowed the Brewers to come back in a game that barely saw them break a sweat.
Brice Turang turned it on for Brewers
Brice Turang has been an interesting player this postseason as he had a monstrous Game 2 against the Dodgers, but other than that he's been a bit quiet.
Turang went 0-for-2 in Game 4 but drew a pair of walks, including one in the top of the fourth that changed the course of this game.

William Contreras advanced him to third off a ground-rule double, and then Bauers hit one the other way to score them both.
After seeing Jackson Chourio go down in two pitches to start the inning, Turang worked a six-pitch walk off Tyler Glasnow to give the Brewers their first baserunner of the game.
David Hamilton
No one is ever going to give David Hamilton the credit he deserves, and that doesn't sit right with manager Pat Murphy.
Hamilton's defense may be slightly below Joey Ortiz's, but Ortiz hasn't done much at the plate in the playoffs after ending the regular season as one of the hottest hitters in baseball.

Hamilton, who is mostly known for bunting and his blazing speed, singled to center, scoring Sal Frelick in the top of the fifth.
After driving in a run to cut the deficit to one , he then stole second base and would later score the game-tying run thanks to a Bauers walk.
If that wasn't enough, he somehow homered off Edwin Diaz for an insurance run in the top of the ninth. For reference, Diaz had retired the first eight batters he faced.
Garrett Mitchell
In Game 3, the Brewers trailed 2-1 until Bauers and Garrett Mitchell had something to say about it.
The Dodgers decided to leave Blake Snell in after he gave up that 11-pitch home run, and Mitchell made him pay.

Mitchell's 428-foot blast put the team up 4-2, and he would do the same in Game 4.
With the game tied 4-4, Mitchell shocked the world with a left-on-left blast that was the go-ahead run in a game that ultimately sent the Brewers to the World Series.
