Titans lose OT Olisaemeka Udoh to the Cardinals
The Tennessee Titans have watched another former player find a new home during the second wave of NFL free agency.
Pro Football Talk was the first to report that the Arizona Cardinals have signed offensive lineman Olisaemeka Udoh to a one-year deal, ending any shot of him returning for a second season in Nashville.
Udoh was a solid addition in 2025, playing in all 17 games, starting three, and holding down the valuable swing tackle role on game days. The 29-year-old tackle will now join the Cardinals with a chance to compete in a rebuilt offensive line.
A former sixth-round pick out of Elon in the 2019 NFL Draft by the Minnesota Vikings , Udoh has spent time with the Vikings, New Orleans Saints , and Titans over seven seasons in the NFL, logging snaps at every position except center during his career.
Udoh now joins Arden Key , Corey Levin , Chig Okonkwo, Van Jefferson , Sebastian Joseph-Day , James Lynch and Johnny Hekker as Titans who will be moving on in 2026.
