Tony Bellew has grown frustrated with a revolving door at Everton.
The Toffees have had eight managers in the last decade and there could be further change in the dugout soon.
There's uncertainty on and off the pitch at the Blues amid The Friedkin Group's decision to sell the club.
David Moyes is in the final year of his contract at Hill Dickinson Stadium and it remains to be seen what the future holds for him.
The Scottish manager was brought in by the American owners to bring some stability a few months after they took over.
In the last few seasons, the 63-year-old head coach has done relatively better than Sean Dyche, but the fanbase is split over whether he should continue beyond the current campaign.
Tony Bellew shares verdict on new David Moyes contract at Everton
TFG aren't focused on Moyes' contract extension at the Toffees and would rather have the next potential owners sort it out.
A section of supporters at Hill Dickinson Stadium aren't keen to see the Scottish manager stay, given his conservative style of play and an underwhelming end to last season.
Over the last few transfer windows, while the Americans have been reluctant to spend much on the veteran head coach, the small squad in L3 is arguably built around his preferences.
While some might not agree, Bellew believes Moyes is building something slowly at the Merseyside outfit and it wouldn't be ideal to have a change in face in the dugout.
Speaking on Outside the Box Pod on 28 October, the former WBC cruiserweight champion said, "Consistency with the manager is key, especially with a squad as young as this.
"I think the worst thing that could happen will be to change the manager. It's madness. You're getting a squad and it's building.
"And the last thing you want to do is bring a new face in. He's having certain players; he's not having certain players. It just becomes a mess. I can't take it anymore."
Jamie Carragher reacts to 'angry' Everton fans on David Moyes contract latest What future holds for David Moyes right now
Moyes finds himself in an uncertain situation at Everton, no matter how good he does this season.
TFG seem reluctant to do anything about the Scottish manager's future as they look to relinquish control of the club.
The potential new buyers of the Toffees may not fancy Moyes, and the American owners have no reason to discuss new terms with him just yet.
As the season goes on, there may be developments around the Scotsman's situation at Hill Dickinson Stadium if TFG don't find investors soon.
There's no doubt about Moyes' commitment to the Merseyside outfit, and for now he can only do his best to end the campaign on a high note in L3.
