Tracking where Oregon Ducks were selected or signed in 2026 NFL draft

A busy weekend is in store for  Oregon Duck  fans as they balance the selection of former players in the NFL draft with the annual Oregon spring game, which is set to take place Saturday afternoon. As the program prepares to send a long list of players to the professional level over the weekend, Saturday will bring a new iteration of the Oregon roster into the fold for fans to dive into.

The activity starts on Thursday night for the Ducks in the first round , where a pair of Oregon players are expected to hear their names called between Kenyon Sadiq and Dillon Thieneman. There are many more Ducks who will be selected in the coming rounds after that, throughout Friday and Saturday's action.

The anxiety will start to ramp up as the draft progresses through Friday and comes to a close on Saturday. Of course, if players don’t get drafted, there are opportunities for them to sign as undrafted free agents and work out for a team trying to make the roster or practice squad this summer.

We wanted to keep track of where former Ducks have gone or are going this spring and where they will play at the next level. Follow along below for an updated look at where everyone lands.

TE Kenyon Sadiq — New York Jets

Kenyon Sadiq is landing in a surprise spot, with the New York Jets selecting him with the No. 16 overall pick. This was not a common landing spot for Sadiq in mock drafts, but it pairs him alongside Mason Taylor , another talented young TE. The QB position is a major question mark for New York, with Geno Smith acting as the passer in 2026, but a likely first-round pick at QB in the 2027 NFL Draft.

S Dillon Thieneman — Chicago Bears

Dillon Thieneman slipped a bit further down the board than some people expected, but he ends up in a favorable situation, playing on Dennis Allen's defense with the Chicago Bears. After losing some of their secondary in free agency this year, the Bears now add Thieneman, who can be an instant-impact player. This is the first time the Bears have used a first-round pick on a defensive player since 2018, when they took LB Roquan Smith .

OG Emmanuel Pregnon — Jacksonville Jaguars

Oregon left guard Emmanuel Pregnon was on the board for far longer than many anticipated, but he finally heard his name called with the No. 88 overall pick, going to the Jacksonville Jaguars. This is an exciting landing spot, as the Jaguars have their arrow pointed up with Liam Cohen at the helm, and a great quarterback like Trevor Lawrence to block for.

Jadon Canady is the first Duck off of the board on Saturday in the fourth round, going to the Kansas City Chiefs with the No. 109 pick in the draft. This is a great fit for Canady who will have an instant opportunity to compete for the nickel position in the Chiefs' secondary that is being rebuilt. It is also another former Oregon player in the AFC West, where he will play against Justin Herbert and Bo Nix two times a year.

LB Bryce Boettcher — Indianapolis Colts

The next player off the board is Eugene's own Bryce Boettcher, the former walk-on at Oregon, who developed into a great player for the defense. Boettcher ended up with the Indianapolis Colts with the No. 135 pick, where he will likely start his career as a plus special teams player but have the chance to blossom into a solid linebacker in Indy.

Oregon WR Malik Benson makes it another former Duck in the AFC West, going to the Las Vegas Raiders with the No. 195 overall pick. This will be an exciting potential place for him, now catching passes from former Heisman Trophy winner Fernando Mendoza.

OL Alex Harkey — Los Angeles Chargers

The latest Duck to go off the board is offensive lineman Alex Harkey, who was selected by the Los Angeles Chargers with the No. 206 overall pick. Yet another former Duck in the AFC West. While Harkey played primarily OT at the college level, there is some speculation that he will move inside to guard at the NFL level.

Oregon Ducks RB Noah Whittington didn't hear his name called in the NFL draft, but he did sign with the Houston Texans after the draft as an undrafted free agent. In Houston , Whittington will work to make the 90-man roster going into the 2026 season.
