"I know what you're thinking — someone's had some work done," said Matthews, who had his long hair tied back in his signature bun.
At one point in the ad, Matthews showed the app on his phone and said it was "nipped and tucked" and it's "barely recognizable."
Matthews explained that he had makeup and prosthetics on in the "over the top" ad.

"I've done a lot of things throughout my career, but this was definitely a first. The second I heard the idea, I was in," Matthews said in a press release.
"The makeup, the prosthetics, the whole concept was completely over the top, and we had a lot of fun bringing it to life."
Oscar-nominated and Emmy-winning special effects studio Legacy Effects were behind Matthews' dramatic transformation.
