UCLA leading scorer Tyler Bilodeau out for NCAA Tournament game vs UCF
In the first round of the NCAA Tournament, the UCF Knights ' opponent will not play at full strength.
Tyler Bilodeau, the UCLA Bruins ' leading scorer, will sit out the March 20 matchup with a leg injury. He carried a "questionable" designation on the pregame availability report. His status was updated right before tipoff.
The 6-foot-9 senior forward suffered a mild knee sprain in UCLA's victory over Michigan State in the Big Ten Tournament last week. He missed the following game against Purdue and now stays on the sidelines vs. the Knights.
Bilodeau averages 17.6 points and 5.6 rebounds per game.
There were no other major injuries to note for either program at the beginning of the contest at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia.
