Which USA baseball player wore Zach Werenski's Olympic jersey at WBC?

Blue Jackets defenseman Zach Werenski 's Olympic hockey jersey made an appearance in Miami on March 17, but not at an Olympics after-party .

Before the World Baseball Classic final against Venezuela, Tampa Bay Rays reliever Griffin Jax walked into LoanDepot Park in a Werenski USA jersey, joining teammates who paid tribute by wearing sweaters of various U.S. hockey gold medalists.

According to ESPN, the jerseys are game-worn from the Olympics.

Yankees star outfielder Aaron Judge , the captain of USA Baseball, was clad in Auston Matthews' captain jersey. You can see Jax wearing the Werenski jersey in the video below.

Jax has pitched 2⅔ innings with no earned runs in the WBC.
