🚑 Valencia release Sadiq Umar's medical update
Sadiq Umar will miss Valencia 's upcoming matches due to an issue in his right hamstring area. The injury occurred in last Sunday's match against RC Deportivo de La Coruña, as the club confirmed in a medical statement.
The striker will follow a therapeutic, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation plan at the training ground until he is medically cleared. For now, there is no estimated recovery timeline.

The Nigerian therefore becomes a significant absence in Valencia's attack during a demanding stretch of the schedule, starting with the upcoming clash against FC Barcelona . His absence forces the coaching staff to reorganize their attacking options for the duration of his recovery process.
Sadiq's progress will determine when he rejoins the rest of the squad. The club has not specified the severity of the injury or an approximate date for his return to training.
