Golden State Warriors superstar point guard Stephen Curry delivered another legendary moment on Wednesday night during the team's road Play-In Tournament victory over the No.9‑seed Los Angeles Clippers , drilling a deep, contested three‑pointer from the left wing, capping off the comeback while sending social media into a frenzy following the win‑or‑go‑home battle.

After trailing nearly all night, the Warriors clawed back , and with 50.4 seconds left, Curry created separation against tight defense and buried a clutch jumper that gave Golden State a 120‑117 lead.
His calm, almost taunting celebration captured the confidence fans call "Playoff Curry." The viral clip, shared by Crumbletaks on X, formerly Twitter, spread rapidly across NBA circles, reinforcing the four-time NBA champion's reputation as one of the league's most feared late-game closers—and the driving force behind Golden State's success.
"PLAYOFF CURRY IS HERE"
The shot was the exclamation point on a massive night from the generational point guard, who poured in 35 points and erupted for 27 in the second half to drag Golden State back from the brink of elimination. The Warriors, who trailed by double digits in the fourth quarter, outscored the Clippers down the stretch behind a barrage of threes and timely stops, turning what looked like the end of their season into a statement comeback on the road.

His heroics set up a showdown with the Phoenix Suns for the No. 8 and final seed in the NBA postseason while also reminding the rest of the Western Conference the Warriors are dangerous as long as Curry is on the floor.
The matchup now doubles as both a seeding battle and another stage for Curry to extend his late-season legend. For a Warriors team that has struggled with inconsistency throughout the year, Curry's performance against the Clippers served as a timely reminder of the significant increase in their potential whenever "Playoff Curry" is present.
