Neither Haiti nor the Dominican Republic has yet to drop a point thus far in this year's edition of the CONCACAF Nations League as the two teams face off in Santo Domingo on Thursday. Alongside Curaçao, an early three-way fight for the lead in Group A has unfolded as each team looks to open up some daylight at the summit.
Haiti holds the slimmest of advantages over Los Quisqueyanos for the time being, with a superior goal difference from its recent triumphs over Nicaragua and Trinidad & Tobago. Haiti upset Costa Rica 2-0 last time out following a dramatic comeback win against the Soca Warriors, taking all three points after netting twice in injury time.
Edison Azcona won't be available to manager Marcelo Neveleff after he saw red as a substitute in the recent win over Trinidad & Tobago. Danco was previously shown red in the earlier win over Nicaragua despite being an unused substitute and could make a return to the squad ahead of hosting Haiti.

New Haiti boss David Badia has built on Sebastien Migne's fine work after getting the country to World Cup 2026 and is so far yet to falter leading the Grenadiers. Jean-Ricner Bellegarde looks poised to keep his place in the XI after scoring last time out, while Wilson Isidor hopes to lead the line once again.
