West Ham: Adama Traoré banned from weight training
Adama Traoré is no longer allowed to lift weights in the West Ham United gym. This is an unusual decision made by head coach Nuno Espírito Santo.

According to him, the player's physique is already extremely powerful thanks to his genetics, and lifting weights is no longer necessary. Traoré will continue to work out at the gym, but only for preventative exercises:
His physique is incredible, it's genetic. He doesn't need to lift weights. I told him to stay away from the weights room.
The goal is to protect his body and avoid overload. West Ham is banking on his natural qualities: speed and one-on-one power. The player still needs to adapt to the system, but the club is counting on him for the rest of the season.
