West Ham United has taken an unusual step with Adama Traoré. Hammers head coach Nuno Espirito Santo has announced that the player is now banned from lifting weights at the club's training ground in Rush Green.

The reason? Traoré's exceptional muscular build, which Nuno described as "incredible." "It's incredible, it's genetic. His genetics have been like that for some time and he should stay away from the gym," explained the Portuguese manager. He added: "I told him to keep out of the gym. It's one of the things he needs to understand."
Adama Traoré, renowned for his physical power and explosive bursts down the right flank, will no longer follow a traditional strength training program at the training center. The technical staff's objective is to preserve his natural attributes while avoiding any risk of overload or muscle injury.
With this tailored approach, Nuno Espirito Santo hopes to maximize his player's performance while ensuring his longevity and optimal fitness for the remainder of the season.
