- Why Adam Aznou is leaving Everton to sign 'non-professional contract' elsewhere
Adam Aznou is set to seal an Everton loan exit before the transfer deadline, but it comes with a twist.
The 20-year-old defender barely featured for the Blues last season, only playing in the FA Cup clash with Sunderland.

He played eight minutes in the 4-0 win over Preston in the Carabao Cup last week, but David Moyes feels he needs to be playing regularly.
He needs to develop physically if he is to become a Premier League player for the Toffees.
He will spend the 2026-27 season away from the Hill Dickinson Stadium, under a bizarre agreement.

Why Adam Aznou will sign a non-professional contract to seal Everton exit
Everton have found a destination for the promising left-back, and he is set to spend the season in La Liga with Malaga.

A report from 101tv.es on Monday claims that Aznou looks likely to arrive on loan, without an option to buy.
It reveals a unique quirk, which would allow them to ease their squad size limit.
It states that the Everton defender can be registered with a "non-professional contract", due to his age.
Hopefully, he can kickstart his career in Spain and come back to Everton ready to make an impression.
How Everton feel about Adam Aznou exit as La Liga interest arrives What has gone wrong for Aznou so far at Everton?
It has not worked out for Aznou so far because he has not shown that he can handle the physical nature of the English game.

He has struggled when thrown into the youth teams for fixtures in the EFL Trophy.
He needs to get stronger and learn how to adapt to the pace of play on British shores, if he is to get his chance under Moyes.
Hopefully, the loan to Malaga can help him to develop in that aspect as they will have a lot of defending to do this season.
They current sit rock bottom of the Spanish top-flight, with just one point from their first three matches.
They will hope that Aznou can play a big part in arresting that form, and the Blues will surely be looking for the same thing.
