Germany will play its second game in UEFA Nations League A, Group 2. Their second game today is against Greece, who won their first match on matchday 1 a few days ago.
Greece topped Group 2 with three points after matchday 1, while Germany were on one point after a 1-1 draw with the Netherlands.
For today's match against Greece, Germany head coach Jürgen Klopp does not have his first-choice goalkeeper, Marc-André ter Stegen , available.
Ter Stegen impressed against the Netherlands, making 9 saves away at the Johan Cruijff Arena in Amsterdam. The Germany goalkeeper impressed Klopp after his performance, but the goalkeeper is not in the starting lineup.

Germany's goalkeeper will be Besiktas goalkeeper Alexander Nübel, who was called up for the 2026 World Cup, but did not get minutes.
Is Germany's Marc-André ter Stegen Injured?
Marc-Andre ter Stegen is not injured but is being rested by Germany head coach Jürgen Klopp. In a press conference ahead of the Germany vs. Greece match, Klopp confirmed his decision to start Nübel for this match.
Klopp spoke about giving Ter Stegen a break and giving Nübel a chance to play for the national team during this international break.
Klopp also addressed the critics Ter Stegen has been reciting for mistakes he makes while in goal.
Klopp said, "Alexander Nübel will start in goal, that was the agreement. I heard – and it surprised me – that Marc-André [ter Stegen] was viewed critically. I thought he was outstanding. It's true he misplaced a couple of passes, but I'm 0.0% critical of him. I'm very happy with his performance. The change in goal tomorrow has nothing to do with Marc's performance."
The German head coach continued to back Ter Stegen and explain that his decision to bench him is not because of his performance.
Klopp said, "Alexander Nübel will still get a chance. I hope he enjoys it tomorrow. He deserves it too, because all three goalkeepers have made a sensational impression here."
