Why did the Packers sign Josh Jacobs' brother?
This feels more like a good vibes move than anything else.
Even in the NFL, it's sometimes about the people you know.
It is a big door open for Isaiah, though. It'll be up to him to try and seize the opportunity.
Can Isaiah Jacobs make the Packers' roster?
His college production suggests it's a longshot.
In five college seasons, he ran for a total of 930 yards.
Jacobs spent two years playing for Maryland and three more at UAB.
His 2025 season at UAB was statistically his best, and he had 79 carries for 342 yards (4.3 YPC) and four touchdowns.
He'll have to show some serious potential for growth for the Packers to keep Jacobs around.
