.
Ahead of their preseason opener against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, the Denver Broncos have released their first depth chart of 2024.
NFL teams are required to release a depth chart before their first preseason game, but Broncos coach Sean Payton has emphasized in the past that the preseason depth chart should be taken with a grain of salt. With that said, it's still notable to see how players roughly stack up going into preseason.

The most notable position, of course, is quarterback, where Denver has Jarrett Stidham as the QB1, followed by Zach Wilson and then Bo Nix . That order does not reflect the snaps at training camp as Stidham and Nix have been rotating with the first-team offense at practice.
Elsewhere on offense, running back Javonte Williams remains the starter and, at the moment, Samaje Perine is still listed as RB2.
