After finishing the 2023 season with an 8-9 record , the Denver Broncos are now set to select 12th overall in the 2024 NFL draft in April.

This marks the first time in three years that Denver will make a first-round pick in the draft. The team sat out the first round in 2022 and 2023 after trading picks to acquire quarterback Russell Wilson .

Before that, the team's five most recent first-round picks were cornerback Pat Surtain at No. 9 overall (2021), wide receiver Jerry Jeudy at No. 15 overall (2020), tight end Noah Fant at No. 20 overall (2019), pass rusher Bradley Chubb at No. 5 overall (2018) and left tackle Garett Bolles at No. 20 overall (2017).

Here's a look at the team's current picks for 2024:

Round 1 : own pick ( 12th overall )
Round 3: via NO ( Sean Payton trade )
Round 4: via MIA ( Bradley Chubb trade )
Round 5: own pick
Round 5: via NYJ ( Jake Marin trade )
Round 6: via SF ( Randy Gregory trade )
