The Cincinnati Bengals ' NFL playoff chances improved slightly with the Indianapolis Colts ' loss Sunday to the New York Giants . Entering Sunday, one of the four things the Bengals still needed to happen to earn the final AFC playoff spot was an Indianapolis loss.
However, an AFC North rival, the Cleveland Browns , failed to help Cincinnati. Cleveland lost at home to the Miami Dolphins .

NFL.com estimates the Bengals' playoff probability at 15 percent.
The Bengals avoided elimination with a 30-24 overtime win Saturday against the Denver Broncos at Paycor Stadium.

Here's what the Bengals still need to happen to make the playoffs
Cincinnati still needs the Miami Dolphins to lose on the road Sunday to the Jets in Week 18.
The Bengals also need to beat the Steelers in Pittsburgh in Week 18 on Saturday night, and need the Broncos to lose to the Kansas City Chiefs in Denver in Week 18 on Sunday.
