After enduring a three-game losing streak in the prior week, the Cavs went 4-0 from Jan. 27 to Feb. 2. Mitchell averaged 27.8 points, 4.8 rebounds, five assists, two steals and a block per game, earning him his first Eastern Conference Player of the Week honor of the season.
On the season, Mitchell averages 28.2 points (fifth in the NBA), 5.4 rebounds and 6.3 assists to go with 1.88 steals per game.
The guard was named an All-Star Game starter last month. Guard Darius Garland and forward Evan Mobley were named reserves, and Kenny Atkinson will be the coach.
