Let the games begin.
After a brief hiatus last year, the 25th-ranked Texas Tech basketball team will once again get to experience the fun of March Madness.

Texas Tech heads into this year's tournament with a 23-10 record having won four of its last five games. This includes a 1-1 stay in the Big 12 Tournament at Kansas City, which included an 81-67 win over 20th-ranked BYU and an 82-59 loss to No. 1 Houston Friday night in the T-Mobile Center.
This will mark Grant McCasland's second appearance in the NCAA Tournament as a head coach, the first coming in the 2021 tournament while coaching North Texas. In that tournament, the Mean Green defeated Purdue in the first round before falling to Villanova in the second.
