No one is feeling good about what's happening with the Carolina Panthers right now , including wideout Adam Thielen .
The veteran receiver couldn't help but let his frustrations out during Sunday's home opener against the Los Angeles Chargers . He boiled over a bit after a failed third-down try in the third quarter, when quarterback Bryce Young ate a sack from four-time Pro Bowl pass rusher Joey Bosa .
CBS cameras captured Thielen shouting as he headed over to the sideline . . .
At that point, the Panthers were down 23-3. Young had completed nine of his 13 passing attempts (none of which were thrown Thielen's way) for just 34 yards and another interception—his third of the season.
As a unit, the Carolina offense successfully converted on zero of their seven third-down looks. They mustered up all of 89 total yards, with only 19 coming through the passing game.
