CLEMSON — Clemson basketball is ranked No. 25 in the USA TODAY Sports Coaches Poll released on Monday.
The Tigers (17-4, 9-1 ACC) are ranked for the first time since Week 7 after winning five consecutive games by an average of 12.6 points. They are receiving 96 points and are the third highest-ranked ACC team, finishing behind No. 2 Duke and No. 22 Louisville .

Clemson is second in the ACC standings and is on track to make the NCAA tournament in back-to-back seasons for the first time under coach Brad Brownell.
The Tigers are also 30th in the NET rankings , which evaluates a team's record and March Madness résumé. Their next test is against NC State (9-10, 2-6) on Saturday (1:30 p.m. ET, CW Network) at Lenovo Center.
Auburn is the No. 1 team in the poll, earning 775 points and all first-place votes.
The USA TODAY Sports Board of Coaches is made up of 31 head coaches at Division I institutions. All are members of the National Association of Basketball Coaches.

Clemson AP rankings update
In the AP poll, Clemson is unranked and receiving 92 votes. Clemson is getting the fourth-most votes and sits behind No. 2 Duke and No. 21 Louisville among ACC programs.
Auburn is No. 1 in the AP poll, too, earning 1,550 points and all first-place votes.
