Google added business assistance tools to its artificial intelligence-powered Gemini platform which are designed to help users create brand assets and manage reporting flows.

First, Google updated its Gemini landing page for business, which provides easier connection to its various business tools.

As shown in this image, the new landing page includes quick links to elements including brand content creation, financial performance analysis and audience insights.

Businesses can connect various Google profiles to the Gemini platform to power more accurate insights and recommendations using this process. It also supports third-party apps such as Adobe, Canva, Dropbox and Shopify enabling it to integrate more capacity.

Gemini can share a range of recommendations based on this expanded access, though it will also require businesses to trust some of their more sensitive data to Google's AI tools.

On the visual front, businesses will also be able to upload brand images, font and color palettes, as well as website links, in order to give Gemini more context for AI image generation.

That should make it easier to generate more relevant, resonant brand creative using conversational prompts.

"When paired with the power of Nano Banana 2.1 (our latest image generation model), Gemini can now deliver end-to-end visual results for new product launches or ongoing marketing campaigns," Google said. "Gemini retains this visual style, allowing owners to easily generate cohesive, on-brand assets without having to repeatedly upload their style guidelines."

Finally, Gemini will also be able to convert spreadsheets, receipts and purchase records into financial graphics and interactive models.

These could be helpful options, though it is worth reiterating that there is an inherent risk in trusting such data insights to AI tools. Every other day, there are reports of AI tools exposing proprietary data and enabling exploits that pose significant risk.

Google's AI tools haven't been implicated in such concerns, though, and conceptually at least, these new tools could provide valuable assistance in managing these business elements.
