WWE 2K26 Creation Suite Features Double The Content

WWE 2K26 is significantly expanding its Creations suite this year, introducing deeper customization tools, more save slots, improved layering systems, and long-requested features across multiple creation modes.

Create-a-Superstar Adds Full Body Morphing

Do you remember when people made Slenderman and all sorts of weird characters in older WWE games? Well, get ready to see more of those on YouTube.

One of the biggest upgrades in WWE 2K26 is the addition of full-body morphing in Create-a-Superstar.

Players now have greater freedom to sculpt their custom Superstars, allowing for exaggerated or highly specific body proportions. Whether you want a slim competitor with massive arms or a heavyweight build with contrasting limb sizes, the new morphing tools open up more creative possibilities.

Face morphing has also received interface improvements, making adjustments smoother and more intuitive.

Save Slots and Layer System Overhaul

The community-requested expansion to save slots has finally arrived. Create-a-Superstar slots are doubled from 100 to 200, while Create-an-Image slots increased from 1,000 to 2,000.

In addition to increased capacity, the layer system has been reworked. Previously, custom Superstars shared a total of 60 layers across the entire model. In WWE 2K26, there are now 60 layers dedicated to attire, and 40 layers are dedicated to head and body separately. This separation gives players more flexibility when designing detailed outfits without sacrificing facial or body customization.

Players can also choose from 40+ body templates as a starting base before applying morph adjustments, letting them skip the tedium and go straight to customizing.

Two-Tone Hair Color Blending Introduced

Hair customization receives a major update with the introduction of two-tone color blending. Players can select two separate hair colors, adjust blend position, and control blend sharpness

Two-tone blending also applies to facial hair, giving creators more control over unique looks.

Importantly, the existing hair dye tool remains available and can be used alongside two-tone blending for additional customization depth.

Nintendo Switch 2 Exclusive Features

For players picking up WWE 2K26 on the Nintendo Switch 2, Joy-Con 2 mouse controls can be used to apply and customize body paint, offering a more hands-on creation experience. The Switch 2 version will also support the Image Uploader feature in Create-an-Image.

However, this does not fully compensate for the Switch 2 version's faults. Curious about what those are? Check out our report on how Visual Concepts left Nintendo Switch 2 users hanging.

Create-an-Arena, Create-a-Championship, and MITB Enhancements

Create-an-Arena has received several upgrades, including LED barricades, new announcer table types (which match our new announcer teams ), and expanded customization for ring mats, aprons, and announcer table covers.

Create-a-Championship and Money in the Bank customization also now include expanded championship parts, along with a refreshed menu layout designed to streamline the building process.

Advanced Timeline in Create-an-Entrance

Create-an-Entrance introduces a new advanced timeline feature that applies to Standard entrances, Champion entrances, Double champion entrances, and MITB entrances, giving players a whole lot of customization options for their edited entrances.

The advanced timeline also supports stables, and both Create-an-Entrance and Victory scenes now allow for Quad and Quint-sized stables, expanding presentation options for larger factions.

With expanded save slots, body morphing, two-tone hair blending, improved layering systems, and deeper entrance customization, WWE 2K26's Creations mode delivers one of the most robust customization suites in the series to date, although it still falls short on some players' expectations.

For players who spend as much time building Superstars and arenas as they do competing in the ring, this year's updates offer significantly more freedom and flexibility.
