If your idea of relaxing by the pool involves putting on a pair of headphones to listen to a thrilling serial investigation, your next vacation just found you. Virgin Voyageshas officially announced the return of its highly anticipated, adults-only True Crime Voyage.

Setting sail on March 20, 2027, the specialized five-night Caribbean itinerary aboard the Scarlet Lady is a direct encore to the cruise line's inaugural true crime sailing, which completely sold out. Operating round-trip out of Miami, the cruise will call on Grand Turkand Virgin's exclusive private island retreat, The Beach Club at Bimini.

The line is once again partnering with iHeartMedia, the country's top podcast publisher, to transform the ship into an interactive playground for amateur sleuths.

Bringing back our True Crime Voyage with a completely new line-up gives fans the chance to get closer to the voices behind the stories, while still enjoying everything they love about Virgin Voyages, from exceptional food and entertainment to the freedom of a premium, kid-free escape."

Podcast junkies can now trade the isolated screen experience for intimate, real-world interactions. Instead of just listening to a pre-recorded track, passengers will be treated to live, interactive studio tapings in the ship's main theater, dedicated meet-and-greets, and specialized panels. The 2027 lineup features an entirely new collection of high-profile hosts, including:

Interactive Sleuthing at Sea

The immersive element extends far beyond the stage. Throughout the five-night voyage, the ship's dedicated "Happenings Cast" will steer themed entertainment options, including custom crime trivia sessions and mysterious interactive events designed to put your own investigative skills to the test.

For travelers who have always dreamed of starting their own broadcast, the ship is also hosting specialized, behind-the-scenes "How to Podcast"masterclasses. These workshops will feature first-hand advice from leading audio producers on how to conceptualize, research, and edit compelling true stories.

Given that the inaugural themed sailing packed out the ship well in advance, travel insiders are warning that cabins for this particular spring break departure will likely vanish quickly. Cabins are officially live and open for booking on Virgin's website, meaning you can lock in your spot for the ultimate mystery at sea before the trail goes cold.
