Three Vermont Resorts Announce November Opening Day

Vermont is less than a month away from the start of the snowboard season.

Three resorts owned by Vail will target a November 21 opening day. Stowe, Okemo, and Mount Snow will all plan to open before Thanksgiving Day.

Okemo will unveil its multi-million dollar snowmaking investment this season. The expanded snow production capacity will give the resort a chance to take advantage of more snowmaking windows. Meanwhile, Stowe celebrates its 90th birthday this winter.
