Discover Prego's 3 New Pasta Sauces: Margherita, Lemon Alfredo, and Cajun Alfredo

Whether you like pesto or prefer a classic marinara, pasta fans know that a great sauce can make or break an Italian meal made at home.

Luckily for consumers, Prego has three new sauces available that can elevate your spaghetti, ziti, or fettuccine with ease.

The beloved brand has quietly rolled out two new Alfredo sauces, as well as a tomato-based one, that take classic flavors and give them an extra boost.

There’s a Margherita sauce, which brings the classic flavors of the tomato, mozzarella, and basil pizza into a convenient sauce format. Toss your favorite noodles in the sauce, use it as a dip for mozzarella sticks, or even as the sauce on a Margherita pizza for a meta experience.

Next up is the Lemon Alfredo, which adds a zippy zing to the classic cream-based staple. It’d go great with chicken or bright, spring vegetables, and if you’re not afraid of combining seafood with a cream sauce, it’d be fantastic over grilled salmon or tossed in pasta with shrimp.

Last, but certainly not least, is the bold flavor of Prego’s new Cajun Alfredo, which packs a punch and sounds perfect for any pasta dish with hot sausage, blackened chicken, or peppers.

The sauces will be available on Amazon this month before rolling out to national retailers in June for a suggested retail price of $3.69 per jar.
