Disney Is Turning a Fan-Favorite Cruise Ship Bar Into a Wedding Venue

According to Travel Weekly , Disney Cruise Linehas begun offering weddings and vow renewals inside its Haunted Mansion–themed parlor aboard its newest ship, the Disney Destiny.
According to Disney , the Haunted Mansion Parlor aboard the Disney Destiny will be available for weddings and vow renewals beginning with the ship's May 14, 2026, sailing out of Fort Lauderdale. The intimate venue can accommodate about 25 people, including the couple, and wedding packages include an officiant, floral arrangements and a cake and Champagne celebration held elsewhere on the ship.
A Haunted Mansion–inspired setting may not seem like an obvious choice for a wedding venue, but Korri McFann, marketing director for Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings, told Travel Weekly that couples are increasingly drawn to nontraditional options.

"Couples today are looking for unique storylines and immersive experiences that reflect who they are," McFann said during a preview sailing, according to the outlet.
The bar reimagines the Haunted Mansion attraction as a vintage cruise ship drawing room and was designed in collaboration with Disney Imagineering. McFann said the space allows Disney to stage 30-minute ceremonies with carefully timed visuals and effects, Travel Weekly reported.
Travel advisor Beci Mahnkenalso told Travel Weekly that the venue is likely to appeal to devoted Haunted Mansion fans, calling it a dream option for the right couples.

Disney announced the new wedding venue during Halloween week, and bookings followed shortly after, McFann told the outlet. The Haunted Mansion Parlor will begin hosting weddings starting with the ship's May 14 sailing.
The parlor is the most intimate of the ship's three wedding venues. Larger ceremonies can be held in the ship's Black Panther–themed Grand Hallor the Doctor Strange–inspired lounge, The Sanctum, which can accommodate up to 40 guests.
Spooky? Yes. Romantic? For the right couple, absolutely.
