Dairy Queen Fans Beg for Nickelodeon-Inspired Dipped Cone Flavor to Come to U.S.

Ice cream is a big deal in the United States, so much so that the average American eats roughly four gallons of the cold treat each year.
But at least one ice cream -centered dessert requires a passport for people based in the U.S. to try.
Popular food blogger Snackolator shared an image of a dipped ice cream cone that used to be available at Dairy Queen locations in Mexico, asking fans if they would want the sweet treat to become available in the United States.
Per the influencer, Dairy Queens in Mexico offered a SpongeBob Squarepants -inspired “blue bubble gum dipped cone where Canada got a pink version a few years ago.”
Fans jumped into the comments to give their thoughts, writing, “When will it be available to the USA? It looks delicious!”
Others agreed, commenting, “Happy for them! But we want it in the US too!”
“I don’t like bubble gum flavored things but that does look good,” said a third, while another fan said, “I'm interested. Id try it if it were here.”
One fan claimed to have tried the dessert, writing, “When we had it in Mexico I tried it and it was fine. Definitely a different flavor than usual but I’d very love if they brought it back.”
