Dairy Queen Fans are Begging for 'Unique' International Flavor to Hit the US: 'I Would Love This!'

From our perspective, Dairy Queen always makes the right moves. The decades-long run this fan-favorite multinational restaurant chain has had goes unmatched when compared to competitors that have been around for similar periods of time. Despite years of success being at the top of the game with mix-in soft serve treats and delicious fried chicken tenders, Dairy Queen continues to evolve its business to cater to the constantly changing nature of dining trends.

Between bringing back an iconic fan-favorite Blizzard flavor and introducing brand-new dipped cone creations, Dairy Queen has already been off to a strong start this year. And while we are still debating which soft serve treats we'll be indulging in upon our next visit, @snackolator has taken to social media to spread word about an attractive new flavor available exclusively in Mexico.

"Dairy Queen is getting wild with their dipped cones, dropping a new Banana Gum flavor that's now in Mexico," @snackolator wrote in the caption of their post . "I have no idea how to picture the combo of Banana and Gum flavors, but the few reviews I've seen have been really positive."

The post, which quickly received thousands of likes and a whole discussion in the comment section, depicts a bright yellow dipped soft-serve finished off with the classic Dairy Queen swirl and served in the brand's iconic waffle cone. "On one hand, I love the Crunchin' Cookie we've got now, but this is definitely more unique of a flavor," @snackolator concluded.

And boy is this flavor certainly unique. Viewers online have already likened the new dipped cone to the legendary Juicy Fruit bubble gum, with some claiming that they "would love this" and others saying, "I'm trying anything banana." As for the super dedicated fans that wish this international treat would make its way into the states, one person wrote, "Guess I'll be jumping the border now."

All jokes aside, we have to imagine that whenever a brand like Dairy Queen tries something new internationally, there's got to be somebody behind the scenes paying attention to fans' reactions. In our mind, if a big enough push for a flavor exists online, it only gives Dairy Queen more of a reason to expand its availability. With that being said, internet, please work your magic ASAP!
