If you've been on  TikTok lately, you've likely seen the viral Frito Corn Saladthat everyone is making. It’s become one of the most popular dishes this summer because it’s easy, cheap, and absolutely delicious!

What is the Frito Corn Salad?

Content creator Nina Renee of  @stylebyninareneee is one of the many people sharing the viral recipe. In her video, she adds a diced red bell pepper, a “good amount of cilantro,” a half cup of avocado oil mayo, two cups of shredded cheese, one can of drained corn, pepper, and one bag of Chili Cheese  Fritos . She then mixes it all and adds a few squeezes of lime as she stirs and crunches the chips.

How to Make Frito Corn Salad

Nina doesn’t break down the recipe she used, but other TikTok users claim they use real  mayonnaise ,  sour cream ,  taco seasoning , onions, various types of peppers, green chilies, different types of cheese, black beans, jalapeños, lemon juice, lime juice, cilantro, and more.

How to Remix Your Frito Corn Salad

The only constants of this recipe are the drained canned corn and the Fritos, but even those can be varied. You can also choose different flavors of Fritos, like  Flamin’ Hot Fritos, to add a little spice to your corn salad. If you're vegan, swap out the mayo for avocado mayo and omit the cheese. The beauty of this recipe is its flexibility—you can make it exactly the way you like it!
