A summary of the voting procedures to be used, going forward, in balloting on candidates can be found by clicking on the below link which will take you to the Shriners Village website. Log on to Shriners Village using your UserID and Password. If you are not registered, you must do so in order to access the document. If you need help registering, contact Brandee Lowman, Office Admin at officeadmin@alaminshriners.com or call her at 361-241-5353 . She will gladly help you register. And while you are at it, register to access WebFez, and review your Shrine record to see if all the information is correct. Brandee can help you with this also.

It should be understood that this summary of the bylaws is intended only as a helpful reference tool. The bylaws themselves should be consulted and followed as it relates to conducting balloting on candidates.

A new balloting procedure was adopted at the 2017 Imperial Session which is now applicable to all temples. While a number of temples have already been using this balloting procedure for quite some time, it was believed that providing a summary of the newly required voting procedures would be helpful to you.
