Tryouts Overview:
Pre-Academy - (2015-2012) - Require online registration...NO REGISTRATION FEE.
***Players born in 2012 can be placed in Pre-Academy or Academy Program at the discretion of coaching staff.*** 

9U-10U Academy Night - (2011-2010) - Require online registration...NO REGISTRATION FEE.  
Academy Night is mandatory for all players interested in participating in the 2018/19 season. 

11U-19U Premier Teams - (2009-2001) - Tryout Registration fee for 11U-19U (2009-2001) players is $25.00.
***For better player assessment all 11U-19U participants are required to attend both
tryout dates. 
Only emergency considerations to be made for make-ups in which case the Director of Coaching should be contacted.***

***We are excited to announce that we have rented the soccer fields behind AirFX in Hiawatha. We anticipate utilizing these for outdoor training sessions for our pre-academy and academy players, and for the majority of the training for our 11/12 teams.
These fields will be in use for our fall and spring sessions next year.

Pre-Academy, Academy Night, Tryouts & Program Information:
CRSA Pre-Academy Program & League (5-8 year olds, birth year 2015-2012):Players can’t sign up at any time. There is a fall and spring registration. There are no tryouts at this age. Players train once a week and on weekends play in an intra club league. 

Academy Night (Academy Program 9-10 year olds, birth year 2011-2010):
Academy Night is mandatory for all incoming Academy players with birth years of 2011-2010 who want to play for CRSA in the 2019/20 season. Incoming players with a birth year of 2012 are encouraged to attend. If identified, 2012 players could be asked to play in the Academy program. Players must be present for evaluation on June 3rd to be considered.  There are no tryouts for this age. Registration is now OPEN for the Academy program. CRSA cannot guarantee a spot on a Academy team for players registering after July 20th, 2019. Players can only be added to teams if there is room on an existing roster. Training only is also an option if teams are full and player is a fit for training environment. This is a year round program and teams participate in leagues and tournaments. 

11-12 year olds, birth year 2009-2008:
We hold tryouts at this level in order to establish the numbers, experience, and commitment of available players. We strive to form multiple teams per age for better development and most of the players are offered team placement. 

13-19 year olds, birth year 2007-2001:
Tryouts are held to establish teams that will compete at different levels of leagues and tournaments based on ability and commitment to the program. The placement is not guaranteed for all individuals who participate in tryouts.
