Corrective Exercises are simple and effective stretching techniques that are created differently for each client.  These stretches are a vital component of a successful recovery because they help strengthen and correct many imbalances of the body.  Many individuals perform activities that are the direct trigger of the pain they are having. 

Corrective exercise is designed to undo all of the imbalances and compensations that the body makes during a normal day, and restore correct structure.  At AlignRight Chiropractic in Dallas and Richardson, TX, our approach is to identify the specific weaknesses or limitations of the patient, and reduce the likelihood of injury during chiropractic care.  Many of the corrective exercises can be performed in the comfort of your own home, and these will be specified in your treatment plan.  Some of the improvements that we aim for through corrective exercise include:
