The Hood Museum of Art, Dartmouth, is pleased to announce that it is now a member of the open access community! We are excited to join a long list of museums including the Cooper Hewitt, Yale University Art Gallery, Harvard Art Museums, Art Institute of Chicago, Cleveland Museum of Art, National Gallery of Art, Smithsonian Institution, and others.
Each year, the Hood Museum of Art offers internships to Dartmouth students entering their senior year. In addition to working within administrative departments, most interns organize a unique Space for Dialogue installation. Working with Hood staff, interns determine a theme and identify objects, help design the installation, write labels and a brochure, and deliver a public gallery talk.
