My account (matuoka7ocean@gmail.com) does not allow me to subscribe to YouTube videos, log in.

Is it because some of my written comments on YouTube videos are inappropriate and violate Google ’s terms of service or terms of service? .

After seeing the notification email about the suspension of the account from Google, I confirmed the Google (YouTube) terms,
