We want our customers to be happy with their purchase and are thus happy to test print onto their material, free of charge, before making a purchase. This service is unique to Creative Printers of London.

Two free basic tests
The idea behind our free test printing service is purely to see how well our machines can emboss or deboss onto your particular material. For this free service, we will carry out a maximum of two simple test prints using our generic typeface and dies and initials of our choice. The text will be the same on both items, otherwise charges will be as shown below.

All we ask is that you send us reasonable amounts of material as we may need to make a few adjustments to get the correct impression. This is quite normal as we may not be familiar with all types of materials that regularly comes through our door.  If sending leather material, please ensure that it is of at least A6 size (10x15cm) or if sending wallets, purses, diaries etc, two if at all possible please although we will try our best and try to work with one by test printing in multiple locations.

Cost for additional tests
If you wish us to custom print initials or test print more than two items, then we will make a modest charge of £5.00+VAT per test/initials (Awkward shaped products may incur a higher charge due to increased set up time) We will use our stock type. For logos or designs, you are welcome to have dies made and have them sent to us for testing. Please note that in the event our machines are not compatible with your product, we will not be liable for any costs incurred by yourself in getting such dies made.

Before you send us samples, please  email us images of the types of products which you wish to print onto - this will help us to decide at the earliest stage whether our machines are suitable for your needs or not -this will save everyone time and costs.

Our tests are for machine compatibility only
Our sample testing service is not designed for photo shoot work -it is designed purely to test machine compatibility with your material.

Charges for returning
your samples
Once we have test printed the samples, we will email you the images for your comments. If you wish to have the samples returned, we will work out the shipping costs for sending them back to you.
