After School Activities
Welcome to the Frost After School Program 25-26!
My name is Debbie Metzker, and I am the After-School Program Specialist at Frost Middle School. Our goal is to provide quality programming in the areas of recreation, academic enrichment, social skills, youth development, physical health, wellness, and for students to create connections to their peers, their school, and their community. Students choose specific clubs of interest and attend on those meeting dates. Parents need to register students to attend after school.

The After-School Program will begin on September 29th and will meet five days a week from 2:30 – 4:30pm. We will have Late Buses on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday. Parent pick up days are Friday.
- If you are picking up your child after the 1st block at 3:30, you can use the Kiss & Ride loop on the side of the building or pull in front to pick up your child.
- If you are picking up your child at 4:30pm, use the Kiss & Ride loop only to pick up your child. Please do not drive in the front of the building where the buses will load students.
- If you come at any other time to pick up your child, you will need to come into the building to check your child out.
Please feel free to contact me anytime at @email , if you have any questions, comments, or concerns. I hope you have a FANTASTIC school year!
The After-School Program is made possible by the financial support of FCPS, Fairfax County Department of Neighborhood and Community Services, and Army Youth Programs in Your Neighborhood.
