Ways to Report Attendance

Report attendance using one of the methods below.

  • Parents/legal guardians can submit full-day absences using ParentVUE .

When reporting a student's absence, please be specific about why your student will not attend school today.  

• If reporting an ill student, include symptoms, especially if they have a fever, nausea, vomiting, sore throat, and/or cough. If your student has a diagnosis from a healthcare provider, please include that information.

Note:This form is not a request for homework. Parents can request homework from the Student Services office when the student has been absent for 3 or more consecutive days. Please call the Student Services office at 703-426-5026 and request homework. Our Student Services Assistant will contact the teachers for homework. Homework can be picked up in the Student Services office after 2:30 p.m.
