Student Withdrawal

Mason Crest Elementary School Student Withdrawal Procedures 

Enrolling Parent

• Contact Dalya Abu-Ghannam, our school Student Information Assistant, at @email to initiate your student’s withdrawal as soon as possible.
• Withdrawals must be submitted in writing.

Student 

• Return school property (laptop, MiFi, instruments, books, etc.).
• Return the completed withdrawal form to our school Student Information Assistant before leaving campus on your last day.

Forms

• Student Withdrawal Form  (available online or in the Mason Crest Elementary School main office).
  • Please submit this form to Dalya Abu-Ghannam, our Student Information Assistant, at @email . 

Student Records

• A records request from the new school needs to be submitted to Mason Crest Elementary School.

Refunding a Student's Meal Account

• To request a refund for a student's meal account, please follow the procedures on the  FCPS lunch account prepayments and refunds page .
