Digital Resource Consent Form
Just like a field trip permission slip, the Digital Resources Consent Form gives permission for your student to use certain digital tools in school. Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) uses these online tools to support learning in the classroom. Some of these tools need your permission before students can use them.
There are two ways to grant permission for your student to access a variety of school resources:
1. Online (recommended):
- Visit the Parent Digital Consent webpage to access the system. Go to the Parent Digital Consent Application .
- Log in with your ParentVUE username and password.
- Directions are available here: Digital Consent Parent Directions .
- Need assistance? Watch a video to see how to use the tool .
2. Paper Form:
- Paper forms are available in the Main office, Student Services office, and the Parent Liaison office.
- Check the box next to each tool you approve. Or to approve all tools, check the “I consent to all of the items below” box at the top.
