Writing can be hard; writing in a second language can be even harder. The ELL Center is here to help! The English Language Learner’s (ELL) Center is located on the second floor of Building 16. There, campus undergraduate students from any major are welcome to receive help with writing assignments. ELL Instructional Assistants specialize in helping students whose first language is not English. Instructional Assistants can help with grammar, content organization, idea brainstorming, word choice, research, and more. Additional resources are also available for students who would like more instruction and practice in English on the GCU Library’s English Language Learner Resources Topic Guide.

The Student Success Center's Writing Center has templates, examples of writing assignments, and guides for different citation styles.

The GCU Technical Support Help Center offers resources and knowledge for campus and online students. Browse the Technical Support website for answers to commonly asked questions regarding the Learning Management System, accessing ebooks, and much more. If you are a living on-campus or a campus commuter student, the campus Nerd Herd provides technical support and troubleshooting services for computer issues in-person. Available technicians help with hardware and software problems, including laptop repairs, system solutions and more.

The Math Center provides an opportunity for students to increase their math skills and understanding of mathematical concepts. To facilitate student achievement in a variety of disciplines, GCU provides an online Math Center and an on-campus Math Center. The online Math Center includes tools to help students complete assignments, review fundamental knowledge of math concepts needed for projects, and improve overall problem-solving skills. The on-campus Math Center, located in Building 16-202, allows campus undergraduate students to meet with Mathematics Faculty or instructional assistants who have the opportunity to work one-on-one or in small groups with students to meet their individual needs.

The Science Center provides campus and online resources to support student success in biology, chemistry, exercise science, general science, and physics. The campus Science Center allows campus undergraduate students to meet with Science Instructional Assistants for one-on-one or small group feedback on assignments within the science disciplines.

An online resource center designed to support students, faculty, and staff with quick, persistent, and centralized access to an array of multi-disciplinary learning support material. The online Student Success Center strives to provides tools and resources that advance student success. Students can access tutorials, writing templates, style guides, college-specific documents, plagiarism prevention methods, new student resources, and university policies and handbooks in one central location that can be personalized to fit one students’ needs.
