Students, faculty, and staff can ask the Library for on-demand research assistance via phone, email, chat, in-person, or videoconference. Librarians can help with personalized assistance with creating effective search strategies for research topics, basic database navigation, using the resource tools, including RefWorks & EndNote Web, personalized database accounts, search alerts, citation formatting, persistent links and more. Email, phone, and in-person reference services are available 7 days a week. Chat reference and videoconferencing are available as time and staffing permits. Information literacy instructional services include, but are not limited to, face-to-face and virtual instruction, class instruction, or group presentation instruction. Instruction sessions can be requested via the Faculty Request for Group Library Instruction form .
