Google Maps and deck.gl Trips Layer

  • This example visualizes vehicle trip data in New York City using the Deck.gl Trips Layer, displaying animated paths representing individual trips.

  • The visualization leverages Google Maps for the base map and integrates Deck.gl for rendering the animated trips data.

  • The code provides both TypeScript and JavaScript implementations, utilizing external libraries like Deck.gl and Google Maps JavaScript API.

  • Users can interact with the example through provided links to JSFiddle and Google Cloud Shell, or by cloning the sample code for local execution.

Visualize animated paths

This example shows vehicle trip data in New York City. The Trips Layer renders animated paths that represent vehicle trips.
