This API method allows you to retrieve a dynamic profile using its ID.
The HTTP request uses a GET method and includes the dynamic profile ID in the URL path.
The request body for this operation must be empty.
A successful response contains an instance of a DynamicProfile object.
Access requires authorization using the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/dfatrafficking
OAuth scope.
Gets a dynamic profile by ID.

The URL uses gRPC Transcoding
syntax.
